Visit visa

Our team assists with tourist, family and business visit visas, for visa periods between 6 months to 5 years. 

This visa is for all individuals planning to come and visit the UK whether that be for a tourist visit, family visit or business visit or to attend a conference.

Spouse visa

A spouse application is for non UK nationals married to individuals who are UK nationals or have a settled status in the UK.

Our team shall complete a full eligibility assessment and provide a complete action plan to assist you with the process.

Fiance Applications

A fiance visa is for individuals who are non-UK nationals engaged to UK nationals or individuals settled in the UK, wanting to come to the UK to get married. 

After marriage a spouse visa can then be applied for, our team shall complete a full eligibility assessment and prepare an end to end action plan to assist you with the process.

Dependant Applications

This visa category is for non-UK nationals who are children, elderly parents, siblings who want to join family members that are UK nationals.

Student Applications

Our team shall assist students with attaining their student visa once the academic institution has offered them the CAS number.

This visa is for 2 years for individuals  aged 18 to 35 and from:

India Young Professionals Scheme visa

An India Young Professionals Scheme visa allows Indian citizens between 18 and 30 years old to live and work in the UK for up to 2 years.

Any individual applying  must be selected in the India Young Professionals Scheme ballot before they can apply for this visa. To enter the ballot they must declare that they are eligible for the visa.

Global Talent Scheme

This visa category is a Global Talent visa to work in the UK for individuals who is a leader or potential leader in one of the following fields:

  • academia or research
  • arts and culture
  • digital technology

Ancestry Visa

A UK Ancestry visa if you’re one of the following and can prove one of your grandparents was born in the UK, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man

High Potential Individual Visa

To be eligible for a High Potential Individual (HPI) visa, you must have been awarded a qualification by an eligible university

Innovator Founder Visa

This Innovator Founder visa is for those individuals who: 

  • want to set up and run an innovative business in the UK - it must be something that’s different from anything else on the market
  •  has a business or business idea that has been endorsed by an approved body, also known as an endorsing body
  • The inidivdual  meets the other eligibility requirements

Note this visa used to be called the Innovator visa.

Skilled Worker Applications

A Skilled Worker visa allows the individual to come to stay in the UK to commence an eligible job with an approved employer.

This visa has replaced the Tier 2 (General) work visa and it also allows individuals to work in UK waters.

Extension Applications

We assist with all extension applications for visa holders in the UK looking to extend their visa to meet the settlement criteria for future settlement applications.

Indefinite leave to remain Applications

Our team assists individuals who want to apply for  indefinite leave to remain applications, the individual must be able to demonstrate that they meet the criteria.

 

Once an applicant has attained Indefinite leave to remain our team can assist with planning the citizenship application.

Naturalisation / Citizenship Applications

A individual  can apply for citizenship in the UK  if they have lived in the UK for 5 years and have had one of the following for 12 months:

  • indefinite leave to remain in the UK
  • ‘settled status’ (also known as ‘indefinite leave to remain under the EU Settlement Scheme’)
  • indefinite leave to enter the UK (permission to move to the UK permanently from abroad)

Once the individual has been naturalized and attained citizenship they can apply for a british passport.

Tier 1 - Entrepreneur and Investor

Please note new applications can not be made under this category however our team can assist you with extending the visa if you already have it, or applying for settlement if you meet the criteria. 

 

Individuals can apply to extend their  visa if they are:

  • registered as a director or as self-employed no more than 6 months after the date you were given permission to stay in the UK under a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) visa
  • can prove you’ve been self-employed, a member of a partnership or working as a director of a business 3 months before you apply
  • created at least 2 full time jobs that have existed for at least 12 months
  • can continue to support yourself

Representative of an Overseas Business visa / Sole representative visa extension ONLY

An individual can apply as a representative of an overseas business if they are an employee of an overseas newspaper, news agency or broadcasting organization posted on a long-term assignment to the UK.

 

If you are already on a sole representative visa our team can assist with extending your visa.

Scale up worker visa

A Scale-up Worker visa allows individuals to come to the UK to do an eligible job for a fast-growing UK business (sometimes called a ‘scale-up business’).

Your UK employer must meet specific eligibility criteria to sponsor scale-up workers.

A full eligibility assessment shall be conducted and our team shall be able to assist with the process.

Frontier worker visa

Individuals require a Frontier Worker permit if they want to work in the UK but live in another country.

Individuals  may be eligible if all of the following apply:

  • They are from the EU, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland or Liechtenstein
  • They  live outside of the UK
  • They began working in the UK by 31 December 2020

Individuals must usually have worked in the UK at least once every 12 months since they started working in the UK. the individual may still be able to apply if they have had periods of unemployment or were unable to work during this time.

If the individual is an Irish citizen, they do not need to apply for a Frontier Worker permit but can choose to do so.

Overseas domestic work visa

Individuals can apply for a overseas domestic worker visa to visit the UK with your employer if they:

  • live outside the UK
  • are a domestic worker in a private household
  • have worked for your employer for at least one year
  • meet the other eligibility requirements

Domestic workers include:

  • cleaners
  • chauffeurs
  • cooks
  • those providing personal care for the employer and their family
  • Nannies

British National (Overseas) visa

If an individual is from Hong Kong and is a British national (overseas) this is  Someone who was a British overseas territories citizen by connection with Hong Kong was able to register as a British national (overseas) before 1 July 1997.

British overseas territories citizens from Hong Kong who did not register as British nationals (overseas) and had no other nationality or citizenship on 30 June 1997 became British overseas citizens on 1 July 1997.

If you’re the child of a British national (overseas) aged 18 or older and born on or after 1 July 1997, you can apply separately from your parents. Your family members can also apply with you.

International Sportsperson visa

An individual can apply for an International Sportsperson visa if you meet the eligibility requirements and your sport’s governing body endorses their application, confirming:

  • They are  an elite sportsperson or qualified coach
  • They are internationally established
  • Their employment will develop your sport in the UK at the highest level

 

UK Expansion Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

A UK Expansion Worker visa allows individuals to come to the UK to set up a branch of an overseas business that has not started trading in the UK yet.

The individual must already work for the overseas business as either a senior manager or specialist employee.

Senior or Specialist Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

A Senior or Specialist Worker visa allows individuals to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job at their employer’s UK branch.

Please note this visa has replaced the Intra-company Transfer visa, previously the Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) Long-term Staff visa.

Graduate Trainee visa (Global Business Mobility)

 

A Graduate Trainee visa allows you to come to or stay in the UK to work for your employer in their UK branch.

 

Your job must be eligible and part of a graduate training programme for a managerial or specialist role.

 

This visa has replaced the Intra-company Graduate Trainee visa, previously Tier 2 (Intra-company Transfer) Graduate Trainee visa.

Service Supplier visa (Global Business Mobility)

An individual can apply for a Service Supplier visa if they have a contract to provide services for a UK company, either as:

  • an employee for an overseas company
  • a self-employed professional based overseas

Secondment Worker visa (Global Business Mobility)

An individual can apply for this visa if their overseas employer is transferring them to the UK to do an eligible job for a different organisation.

Your overseas employer must have a high-value contract with the UK organisation.

Seasonal Worker visa (Temporary Work)

An individual can apply for a Seasonal Worker visa to come to the UK and work in:

  • horticulture for up to 6 months - for example, picking fruit and vegetables or flowers
  • poultry from 2 October to 31 December, in the same year
  • Have a sponsor

The individual shall need to apply for poultry Seasonal Worker visas by 15 November each year.

The individual can apply for horticulture Seasonal Worker visas at any time of year.

Government Authorised Exchange visa (Temporary Work)

An individual can apply for a Temporary Work – Government Authorised Exchange visa if they:

Creative Worker visa (Temporary Work)

The individual must apply for a Temporary Work - Creative Worker visa if:

  • They been offered work in the UK as a creative worker

A creative worker is someone who works in the creative industries, for example an actor, dancer, musician or film crew member.

Religious Worker visa (Temporary Work)

An individual can apply for a Temporary Work - Religious Worker visa if:

  • They want to do religious work in a non-pastoral role or religious order
  • Have a sponsor

Charity Worker visa (Temporary Work)

An Individual can apply for a Temporary Work - Charity Worker visa if:

  • They  want to do unpaid voluntary work for a charity
  • Require a sponsor
  • The sponsor must cover the sponsorship maintenance on the certificate of sponsorship

International Agreement visa (Temporary Work)

You can apply for a Temporary Work – International Agreement visa if you’ll be contracted to do work covered by international law or treaty while in the UK. This includes working:

  • for an overseas government or ‘recognised international organisation’
  • as a private servant in a diplomatic household

Health and Care Worker visa

A Health and Care Worker visa allows medical professionals to come to or stay in the UK to do an eligible job with the NHS, an NHS supplier or in adult social care.

For a Health and Care Worker visa, the individual must:

  • be a qualified doctor, nurse, health professional or adult social care professional
  • work in an eligible health or social care job
  • work for a UK employer that’s been approved by the Home Office
  • have a ‘certificate of sponsorship’ from your employer with information about the role you’ve been offered in the UK
  • be paid a minimum salary - how much depends on the type of work you do
